Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, reach out to us at contact@nookaco.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

- Damaged or defective item: full refund or free replacement, no return shipping required — just send us a photo of the issue.
- Wrong item received: full refund or replacement, no return shipping required.
- Changed your mind: contact us within 14 days of delivery; we'll advise on next steps on a case-by-case basis. Item must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
