We ship from a US-based fulfillment network, so orders are processed domestically — no customs delays or surprise import fees.

Processing time: orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Transit time: once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at contact@nookaco.com and we'll look into it right away.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has left our fulfillment network, but we're happy to help you track down a lost or delayed shipment.
